Adam has over a decade of experience in financial strategy, M&A, and small business operations. He has advised 500+ businesses, signed personal guarantees, and navigated the SBA closing process firsthand. Adam founded ETA Meetups in Denver and Baltimore (1,000+ members) and has guest lectured at CU Boulder’s ETA MBA course. With a track record in launching and acquiring small businesses—including an ETA education company and a fractional CFO firm—he is dedicated to helping ‘Search’ entrepreneurs succeed.
Peggy’s focus is driving small business growth. She doubled revenue and EBITDA of a business she and a partner acquired in 2 years, built new business lines within small businesses, and advised dozens of startups on operating best practices and product development. With her skills that span consulting, investing, and engineering, she excels in working closely with searchers to identify, acquire, and operate great companies. She has an MBA from CU Boulder and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
With eight years of investment experience, Eliza is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs. While at Duke, she founded and scaled a nonprofit to seven employees. After graduating, she worked across marketing, operations, and fieldwork in high-growth startups. She earned an MBA and MENV from CU Boulder, engaging as an MBA Alumni Rep and Deming Center Venture Fund member. Now a partner at Prox Search Capital, she leverages her network to create impactful opportunities for searchers.
